Please read these terms carefully before booking any service from Freeted Service. These terms explain booking rules, service scope, payment terms, customer responsibilities and limitations.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Freeted Service website, booking forms, customer support channels and home service requests. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms.
Freeted Service provides service facilitation for home maintenance categories such as plumbing, electrical, cleaning, AC repair, appliance repair, painting, pest control and related services.
2. Service Booking
A booking request is created when the customer submits required details such as name, phone number, address, service category, preferred date/time and problem description.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee instant service. Service availability depends on location, technician availability, time slot, service category and operational feasibility.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide correct contact details, complete address, access to the service location and accurate issue description.
Customers should ensure adult supervision at the service location and should not request unsafe, illegal or prohibited work from technicians.
4. Technician Visit and Inspection
The technician may inspect the issue before confirming final repair cost, material requirement and estimated completion time.
If the technician finds that the job requires additional work, material or specialized support, the final estimate will be shared with the customer before proceeding.
5. Pricing and Charges
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or indicative charges. Final payable amount may vary based on inspection, distance, urgency, material usage, extra work and taxes.
The bill may include item total, platform fee, visiting charge, material charge, extra charge, emergency charge, night charge, taxes and applicable discounts.
6. Material Charges
Any spare parts, fittings, chemicals, paint, consumables or additional material used during the service may be charged separately.
Material usage should be confirmed with the customer before installation or consumption wherever practically possible.
7. Payment Terms
Customers may pay using available payment methods on the website or as communicated by Freeted Service. Online payments are processed through secure payment gateway partners.
Freeted Service does not store card details, UPI PIN, net banking password or sensitive payment credentials.
8. Service Warranty
Warranty or revisit support, if any, depends on service type, nature of issue, material used and warranty terms communicated at the time of service.
No warranty is provided for customer-provided material, pre-existing damage, misuse, water/electrical supply issues or work outside the approved service scope.
9. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Charges may apply after technician assignment, travel, visit or service start.
Failed or duplicate payments are reviewed and eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within the stated timeline.
10. Limitation of Liability
Freeted Service will make reasonable efforts to provide safe and reliable service. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, pre-existing damage, hidden defects or issues caused by customer negligence.
Our total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time for operational, legal or business reasons. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
