Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Freeted Service delivers home services at customer locations. Since this is a service-based business, physical product shipping is not the primary business model.

1. Service Delivery Model

Freeted Service primarily provides home services and does not primarily ship physical products. Services are delivered at the customer-provided address after booking confirmation.

Examples include technician visit for plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, AC repair, appliance repair, painting, pest control and home maintenance support.

2. Service Area

Our current service coverage includes Ayodhya, Faizabad. Service availability may vary by location, category, technician availability and time slot.

3. Technician Arrival Window

Technician arrival depends on customer location, traffic, weather, previous job completion, emergency requests and operational conditions.

We aim to communicate expected arrival time after booking confirmation, but exact arrival cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

4. Customer Address and Access

Customers must provide complete and accurate address, landmark, phone number and access to the service location. Delays or cancellation may occur if address or contact details are incorrect.

5. Material and Spare Parts

Some services may require material, spare parts, fittings, chemicals or consumables. Material may be arranged after customer approval and charged separately.

Material availability, quality, brand, warranty and replacement terms may vary depending on supplier and service category.

6. Delays and Rescheduling

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to technician unavailability, customer unavailability, unsafe site conditions, weather, traffic, payment issues or operational reasons.

Customers may contact support to reschedule service based on available slots.

7. No Product Shipping Guarantee

Because we are a home service provider, standard courier shipping timelines may not apply. Any physical material involved in service delivery is handled as part of the approved service requirement.
