How do I book a service?
You can select a service, fill your contact details, address, preferred date and problem description, then submit the booking request. Our support team or technician will confirm availability before the service visit.
Are technicians verified?
We aim to assign trained and verified technicians based on service category, location and availability. Customers should verify technician details shared by support before starting the work.
How is the final bill calculated?
The bill may include item total, ₹99 visiting charge, ₹29 platform fee, ₹99 emergency charge, ₹99 night charge, material charge after customer approval, extra work charge, taxes and discounts. Final amount is confirmed after inspection and customer approval.
Is visiting charge refundable?
Visiting charge of ₹99 is generally non-refundable once the technician visits the customer location. Refunds for failed or duplicate payments are processed as per our refund policy.
Do you provide emergency service?
Emergency service may be available for selected urgent plumbing or electrical issues in Ayodhya and Faizabad, subject to technician availability, distance and applicable emergency/night charges.
Is online payment secure?
Online payments are processed through secure payment gateway partners. Freeted Service does not store card, UPI PIN, net banking password or sensitive payment credentials.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free before technician assignment. Once the technician visits the customer location, the visiting charge becomes non-refundable.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve Ayodhya, Faizabad. Availability may depend on technician coverage, timing and service category.
Do you provide service warranty?
7 days service warranty on eligible service work. Warranty does not apply to customer-provided material, misuse, pre-existing issues or work outside the approved service scope.
